I never used to like Matcha, I couldn't understand how anyone could enjoy that flavour! That is until I went to Japan and fell in love with it. All of a sudden it was all I wanted to drink, I couldn't get enough of it!  I took some home with me from Japan, and started experimenting with different milks, quantities, temperatures and techniques to re-create the flavours I experienced at cafes in Japan.
